Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Getting Started

By using our service, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this document, including our Privacy Policy, and Service Level Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, this service is not for you.

  • Anyone under 16 cannot participate.
  • Minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent and be responsible for their actions.
  • That person is also responsible for any actions taken while using our service.

    • What We Provide

    We provide virtual private servers, dedicated servers, gaming servers, and bot servers.

  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable third-party terms of service, end-user license agreements, and usage policies before deploying any software, bots, or game servers on our infrastructure.
  • We reserve the right to modify server configurations as necessary to maintain system stability, security, and performance.
  • Mods or plugins can be added as needed, but unsupported content created outside official channels will not receive support if it slows things down or breaks play.

    • Your Account

    Keep your account details private, as you are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Unauthorized use should be reported immediately to prevent potential consequences.

  • If someone else uses it without your permission, report it immediately.
  • Provide accurate information when setting up or changing things.
  • Secure your content, monitor what users post, and ensure rules and company guidelines are followed.
  • Keep copies separate because ours may not be available when needed.

    • Content Rights

    Your work remains your property; however, we reserve the right to use, share, and distribute it solely for the purpose of delivering our services, in accordance with our policies. You confirm that your material does not infringe on others' rights and fits within our rules.

  • If someone raises an issue through proper channels, action will follow and copyright claims will be handled too.
  • Continued violations may result in account removal.

    • Your Data

    Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Although we implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any data you store with us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss of data where our systems and safeguards have functioned as designed.

    Payment Terms

    Before work begins, payment must be arranged upfront. What you can pay us by is clearly shown online.

  • When bills go unpaid, access to services could stop or simply cease.
  • Chargebacks and payment disputes can result in account suspension and/or termination.

    • Refund Policy

    Refunds are possible within seven days after the first purchase, limited to one per person, household, or payment method.

  • These refunds apply only to the first purchase and never to repeated subscriptions, renewals, setup fees, or any additional services purchased alongside it.
  • Once a refund is initiated, please allow up to 72 hours for processing.
  • If your account is suspended for violating the Terms of Service (including chargebacks, payment disputes, or manipulative behavior), access will be revoked immediately and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  • Attempting to exploit this policy, such as setting up additional accounts to request extra refunds, will result in the permanent banning of all associated accounts.
  • All refunds must be submitted through the proper ticket type within the billing panel.

    • Termination

    Either party can terminate this agreement with thirty days' written notice.

  • We may terminate immediately for legal violations or with seven days' notice for non-payment or Acceptable Use Policy violations.
  • Upon termination, access will end, outstanding fees become due immediately, and data may be deleted after seven days unless backed up.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy outlined above.

    • Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.

    Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma. By using our services, you consent to personal jurisdiction in Oklahoma and waive any objection to such venue.

    Terms of Service Updates

    We may change or update our Terms of Service anytime. If there are major updates, we will make sure you know by providing the new version, making an announcement, changing the date above, and if needed, sending an email. If you continue to use our services after any changes, it means you agree to the latest version.

    Miscellaneous

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, outages).
  • Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce terms does not waive rights.
  • Entire Agreement: This supersedes prior agreements.
